Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

Warm Weather Notice (For Body Butters & Wax Melts)

During warmer months, body butters and wax melts may soften or melt during transit. We recommend bringing your package indoors promptly upon delivery. Products are still safe to use and can be re-solidified if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as best we can.
