Refund Policy

At Winters Wild Soaps & Scents, LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our handcrafted personal care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used.

 

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

 

To be eligible for a replacement or credit:

 

  • Contact us at winterswildsoapsandscents@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (when applicable).

  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

 

 

All sales are final on soaps, body butters, wax melts, and sugar scrubs.
